Haha, that scene is great. It always amazes me that he actually deals with Zack.

I actually really like the stabby scene in ACC. It's one of my favourite scenes! And when Cloud gets impaled, that's just pure genius (especially since it's a reference to CC)! Don't get me wrong, I like Cloud, but I also like to see him get hurt for some weird reason XD

I think we like seeing him have a reason to be angsty and emo. I mean, if he had no reason he'd just be whiny and annoying... Ok, sometimes he still is whiny and annoying... XD!

Actually I don't think there's a character I dislike in the game. Maybe Hojo, cause he creeps me out, maybe Genesis but that was only cause I got sick of Loveless.

I have a love/hate thing for Hojo - on the one hand, evil, crazy, creepy... on the other... reading Hojo fanfics was all that got me through half a year of 6th form... XD! It's amazing how much you can grow to like him with the right authors at the helm.

Genesis... I love him. No doubts. I like playing him up as psycho evil, but I like him being normal-ish too. Even if technically he's an arrogant SoB who needs to get his nose out of that book...


I think Tifa is the only one that rubs me wrong. There's something about her that grates on me... Maybe it's because I have a thing for Vincent/Cloud...? XD

I have a love/hate thing for Hojo too. Love: Psycho crazy person. Hate: HE HURT MY VINNIE!

Genesis just annoys me -_- Loveless got really old really fast.

And I have a love/hate thing for Tifa too. She's kickass at martial arts, but she should just hurry up and explain her feelings to Cloud. Plus they over-exaggerated her chest size in the original game -_-

I like all the characters... but that's just me. Hojo is Hojo and he's awesome at what he does. He's the reason behind everything and that makes him brilliant.
Then again I like crazy scientist types *coughniijenyiukokucough* >_>;

He's the initial reason Seph went mental, if things played out how I would have wanted Vin coulda been his dad and I think he would of had a better upbringing. But then again Seph is Seph and he's awesome good or bad... and to think four-five years ago I couldn't stand him... until CC showed me a side and a reason to his actions.

I like Tifa... I actually adore her and Cloud, plus she's just super pretty, not that Aerith isn't either. But for my straight pref I like Tifa with Cloud I like Aerith or Cissnei with Zack, Elena or Cissnei going either way with Tseng, Reno or Rufus... plus Rude <3 Yuffie I do love her and Vin but maybe when she's older ;p but the same could be said for Shelke. ^^; Vin just seems to attract little girls, Marlene hiding under his cape, Yuffie and Shelke <3<3 I don't know what to think half the time with him lul.

You used to dislike Sephiroth?! I think he's one I know I've never disliked XD Then again, I do love a psychopath... and his back story, as it kept unravelling, just made him better XD

In the end, the only reason I have "urgh" moments with Hojo is because he's such a creeper *chuckles* Slimy personalities makes me shudder, no matter what.

For some reason I've always seen Rude and Elena together - I think it's his straight laced self and her status in my head as being talkative and almost "The Puppy Mark II"... But then my head is a weird place and it makes people into strange things XD

*Mutters something about age just being a number.* O.o Anyway, I like Cloud and Tifa too, and Vincent and Yuffie, but yeah, there's a HUGE age difference betweren Yuffie and Vincent XD And I just don't get why Vincent's such a kid magnet! XD

lol yeah it wasn't until I started writing my fanfic Revival of the Departed. I started getting into Sephiroth's psychotic side and I was playing CC at the time so I fell for the relationship between Zack and Seph, at first I just loved the whole Seph helping Zack keep focused during the whole Angeal and desertion. Then as it progressed the yaoi mind kinda took over FFVII was the 2nd fandom that I actually saw slight yaoi undertones but it was mostly ZxC. But when I wrote Revival I just wanted an excuse to bring Seph and Zack back and I loved the idea of Seph being THAT voice in Zack's head. I was writing it to be a Seph/Zack x Reno fanfiction from about three or four chapters in with Zack being possessed as something of a background but Seph and Zack kinda took over and it went in a completely different direction.

I was aiming when I was planning fiction for it to be purely het cause I wasn't a yaoi fangurl at the time. Zack x Cissnei, Cloud x Tifa, a very awkward Vin x Yuffie/Shelke triangle but yeah... fanfiction go fig.

I'm working on a kinda sequel atm. And Vin still hasn't got any decent loving. Thou I like Teenage Denzel in the fiction... Zack's been teaching him how to fight <3

Rude - Straight. Slightly homophobic ("each to their own but don't make me see any PDA" sort)
Elena - Straight (too scared to explore XD)
Rufus - HOMG homophobic. No one knows why, he just IS
Scarlett - Straight as a die. Kinky, mind... XD
Cloud - Closet gay. Part of the reason he's so emo XD
Zack - Straight but he's dabbled. Enjoys the sex but couldn't have a relationship with a man
Genesis - As long as it submits, he'll do it. Prefers men because they can handle his appetite
Vincent - He'll never love another woman the way he loved and loves Lucrecia, finds it gets in the way of being with a woman, so tends to stick to men, but doesn't really look for a label to define himself
Yuffie - Straight

Hojo - Just should never have sex... XD

Yuss, sorry non-yaoi fans ^^; This is all theoretical and not getting-into-their-pants talk XD! This is more of a "How rainbow coloured is your Midgar?" discussion where no one is right, and no one is wrong <3 It's just interesting to see how everyone views the characters.

Reeve I think as straight (read a great Tseng/Reeve and a brilliant Reno/Reeve but... to me Reeve likes the ladies XD).

I adore Reeve... he's just so... I don't know I kinda write him as an awkward fellow but not... I think he plays on it. Reeve is an awesome character because he is a trickster [see DoC and the scene where he tricks Vincent into thinking he's dead ;p] Ahhh I believe his Turk training will never leave him <3

I don't think I could have a bird. Outside of having two cats that would eat it, I think it would just drive me berserk. I get homicidal over the dawn chorus as it is XD!

I agree - Reeve is sort of quiet, awkward... a very much to-himself sort. I see him as wanting to see the good in things, the potential, and wanting to fix things rather than pave over and pretend it wasn't there - but at the same time he isn't afraid to pull down a building here and there, literally and metaphorically. He steps up to the plate when he's needed to, and he's definitely become stronger since ShinRa has released their grip on him, somewhat, and he's running the WRO.


As for Rainbow Midgar... Admit it, you'd so live here XD

Reeve almost gave me a heart attack when he tricked Vincent in DoC! First I was like "Nooo! They shot Reeve!" Then I was like "Gah! Reeve's body is just falling apart!" And then Cait Sith appeared and I was like "Nooo! The evil cat tricked me! Death to the Scottish robot kitty!" (I really don't like Cait Sith DX)

Thanks, and haha, she's a cockatoo and they're like toddlers so I knew what I was getting into. Very high maintenance pets but very loving.

I guess the love makes up for it ^^ They're also quite pretty birds, so that also helps ^^

I have enough on my hands with 2 cats and a dog... I think if I added any more then I'd lose my mind XD

3 cats, 3 dogs, 1 bird, 8 animals total if you count my little sister, Eh, house isn't quiet but that's fine. I go crazy if it's too quiet.

I don't mind a quiet house, as long as I'm sleeping or I have the TV/music on, but having Mickey is a nice safety blanket - he's as soft as anything but he can bark up a storm XD

Of course, if they walked in then he'd lick them to death but... XD
