What are you eating.

Only because I can't eat right now and I'm thinking about all of the good stuff to pick from.

Currently, I am waiting to get home to my chocolate cream pie. I made it yesterday.

2 cups of heavy cream
1 teas vanilla
1 teas cinnamon
2 tbls sugar
2 bars of special dark hershey chocolate.

I put the cream and mixing bowl in the freezer for about a half hour so it holds its shape better. Just put the cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl and beat the bejeezus out of it. Then temper your chocolate. Take about a scoop of the cream and mix it with the chocolate to lower its temp and then fold it all together.

I used gluten free cookie mix for the crust. Then let it set in the fridge over night.
