Regarding: Pet-Boy Daycare

Hello everyone, this is regarding the new kemonomimi thread “Pet-Boy Daycare”. This thread probably won’t get very big, but in the rare chance it does, it can end up confusing. So yeah... I know everyone’s seen how I like being thorough on my open threads, and this is yeah...

Here is where you sign-up (nobody will be ‘denied’ unless you’re overly ridiculous). Besides that, this thread help pets find owners and help us organize pet-swaps, events, etc. To sign up please post either the a pet or owner profile, as well as an OOC Profile.

Note: If you wish to sign-up with more than one character, one must be an owner. This is to keep the ratio of owner-to-pet more equal, as we expect pets will be the popular option.

Owners must arrange their Master-pet relationship out of character before engaging in any roleplay situation so that the intelligence of the animal, and the general behaviour of the owner towards them, can suit both players: If owner wants to be abusive to their pet, it must be pre-arranged in this OOC area or a private conversation.

One owner can have a maximum of three pets, though the owner must prove to have devoted themselves to one pet before being allowed to take on another. Owners should be sharing enough of their time with all pets, unless neglect of some kind is organised OOC.

When taking on a second, or third, pet the owner must consider whether the pets are compatible, or arrange with all players OOC if they are not meant to be.

For pets, know that every pet has been house-trained. They will not urinate or defecate on things to mark property. In the daycare, or outside areas, pets must wear a minimum of underwear though we accept that it will often find its way off. Daycare workers will redress pets where they can, but they suggest you label all pet’s clothing so it can be returned.


Due to owner/pet restrictions, this does mean that some of your usual pairings may not be open, or even possible early on in the roleplay. Please use this as the opportunity to get to know the other characters and roleplayers better by playing outside of your usual comfort zones. As the pets are quite frisky and mostly only monogamous in relation to their Master, it allows you to move on from pairings you don’t enjoy without feeling you must build the relationship.

Usual clothing at Daycare: Cloud's usual clothing is a loose pair of blue boxers with images of cute chocobos on it. This will be OOC known as "Chocobutt". During winter time or cold environments, Cloud loves to wear big and thick sweaters; however, he decides that if he wears sweaters, his undies come off and he hides his boy-bits with the oversized sweaters.

Physical Description: With big, baby blue eyes and fluffy kitty ears sitting on top of his fluffy, feathery blond hair, Cloud naturally goes for the 'Cute'-appeal. His body curves and he has a small little tail that has a bit more fluff than boys his age should have. He has no body hair and he has a small penis, at barely 5' inches, uncut.

Identifying Marks: His tail is a lot fluffier than other and his eyes are big and blue to the point where some call him "Blue eyes".

Temperament: He is shy around people he doesn't know, unless he is in a familliar setting (such as the day care). Around animals and owners he knows, he is much more comfortable and can be quite social. Cloud does also have a tendency to want to play quite a bit when he is heat.

Bad Habits: While he is very loyal, he loves breaking the rules and trying to get away with it. Mostly daycare worker as he loves his master (if he's treated right). He does tend to get curious about the other boys and wants to 'play' with them, though.

In the humanoid sense he is as canon, minus the goggles. From mid calf downwards he has fox like legs, with russet coloured fur gradiating to black feet. Tail is russet with a darker undercoat, the underside grey and merging with the white tip. Ears are also fox-like, russet with black tips, the insides a pale cream-white that matches the tip of the tail. Fingernails and toenails are naturally black. He has sagittal abdominal hair, that is white below the navel and slowly fades to russet over his pubic area. He is kept trimmed but not clean shaven. Moderate sized testicles, 7 inch penis that curves very slightly upwards when erect, uncut.

Usual Clothing at Daycare:
If more than a pair of boxer briefs has been managed, then he will be in a pair of khaki cargo shorts. He will occasionally relent to a t-shirt or a sweater in winter but he dislikes being clothed. If he's stubborn and aggressive then he will relent to a scarf.

Identifying Marks:
Faint scar over his left hip, barely noticeable unless you're looking for it. Twin scars under his eyes from a previous owner.

Temperament:
Friendly and playful with all, an eternal optimist that you have treats (and will snuffle all your pockets to make sure you're not hiding any). Can get food aggressive, especially over bacon. Likes playing fetch with children unless they tease him too much or stroke him the wrong way. Can become very attached to his master's other pets, and suffers severe withdrawal if he knows they're not coming back.

Bad Habits:
Chewing his goggles to get attention. He has since been denied a new pair. He's taken a dislike to going to the groomers, so his hair is beginning to get a little longer than normal. Will mark his territory if he feels overtly threatened.

In the humanoid sense he is as canon. He has long black eyelashes, a tiny white tail, mid-calf downwards he has strong rabbit hind legs covered in white fur ending in white paws. His ears are long and white, with pale pink inners. He is otherwise completely (and naturally) clean-shaven. His fingernails are kept short and have a translucent pearly shimmer to them. Large testicles, 5 inch penis that points a perfect 45 degree angle, uncut.

Usual Clothing at Daycare:
Kadaj will agree to a pair of black or white boxer-briefs, and loves to wear oversized thick woolly sweaters that he can curl up inside of.

Identifying Marks:
Green eyes that can appear to glow even in the daylight.

Temperament:
Bonds well with humans that treat him well, but can randomly turn on a person and completely avoid them. He will become attached to one person and trust them implicitly, and will only allow them to handle him. Often distrustful of new people and pets, especially as he is a prey animal, but will slowly warm to them and can even be playful with them. Is highly promiscuous and will mate with any willing male provided they smell appealing.

Bad Habits:
He loves to gnaw on things - wooden or plastic, and has even been known to tentatively nibble at metals - especially when nervous. Spraying things with bitter apple spray does nothing to deter him. He gets lonely easily and will easily become clingy of his owner if another pet (that doesn't try to eat him) isn't also procured.

Born in Cosmo Canyon, Derrick is 6'4 and has lightly tanned skin. He has an althetic build due to his work and like many TURKs keeps his hair long, the black locks reaching mid chest. He naturally has a lower level of androgenic hair, but as it's quite dark it appears a little more noticable. Due to an unfortunate incident where Hojo got his hands on him, he does have a long spike that protrudes from the nape of his neck and reaches the ground. It is fully mobile and akin to a fifth limb.

History of LOPs:
Derrick's family had a dog when he was young, but he has never owned a pet since branching out on his own. He is more of a cat person than a dog person, but he's open-minded.

Personality:
Derrick is a friendly person, and doesn't mind when other people's pets get excited and want a hug and to be scratched behind the ears but doesn't like if they try to get overly frisky if their master hasn't sanctioned it. He is somewhat quiet, preferring to sit in with a good book or a good movie over going out to drink with the other TURKs, but this doesn't seem to put him in any less good standing with them (mostly as he will go and collect their drunk asses at stupid AM to save the company's image, and they understand he is self-concious about the spike).

Reno needs an owner with a firm demeanour, but will also shower him with love and attention. They need a lot of energy to keep up with him, and he's fairly possessive over his Master having other pets if he isn't socialised with them properly. Punishment is is allowed, beating is not.

Kadaj needs someone who will buy him diamond collars, brush his fur and make sure he never has to touch mud if he doesn't want to. They need to be patient and understanding that his promiscuity isn't a commentary on their prowess, and can just be glad that he is a very cleanly rabbit that can't get pregnant. Punishment is ill-advised (it doesn't work and just makes him sulk).

He’s fairly lanky, having not grown fully into his body yet, his canine fangs are still growing in so his grip is not as strong as it will be as an adult. 4.5 inches, uncut.

Usual Clothing at Daycare:
his most common is an oversized t-shirt but he has been known to wear boxers as well.

Identifying Marks:
His tail is short for his breed and curls rather than lays flat

Temperament:
He comes off as very shy and timid and doesn’t trust easily, but once it is earned he will be loyal to a fault. Gets along relatively well with other animals and is one to usually shy away and keep to himself. If treated well he will be loving and energetic, if mistreated will become even further withdrawn and mistrusting. Can be easily convinced to act out by others and tends to be rather naïve in the long run.

Bad Habits: Will chew on whatever is available if bored, easily scared, nervous pee

Usual Clothing at Daycare:
No matter how cold will refuse shirt or pants, he can be forced into black boxers and will do so for daycare

Identifying Marks: slit pupils

Temperament: Sephiroth is often enough a loner, he will listen if he respects but other than that he will snap. He takes well to punishment if he has enough respect for them. In terms of other animals he can be socialized with work as long as it isn’t pushed on him. It’ll take time and patience and he will snap at other animals if they cross over into his comfort zone. While affection can be earned it will take time and any extreme abuse will be taken badly.

Bad Habits:
Has a tendency of biting, has the tendency of getting dirty, very reluctant in terms of grooming

Kunsel is for the most part laid back and easy going with his friends however in work he’s all business. Secrets are not suggested, he will find them one way or another. While he can socialize very well he is in a way a chameleon, it aids him in his job and can become anyone he wants to be. It is sometimes doubted if anyone even knows the real him. He would dote on a pet as they would really be the only companion he would let his guard down around.

History of LOPs:
Kunsel has not owned any before but has been prodded to adopt because of loneliness.

Physical Description: Appearance is more AC level with a touch of AU, his hair is longer than AC. Tseng's smallish black ears are mostly hidden beneath his long black hair that hangs to his waist, which he always has untied. His dark brown eyes have cat-like pupils and he has a sleek black tail.
Identifying Marks: Always well groomed and slit pupils.
Temperament: He is cold to everyone he doesn't trust. But he is very protective of his owner and will attack anyone he tells Tseng to without questioning the order. Will ignore or tolerate the presence of other pets or owners nearby him but if anyone looks like they will harm his owner he will act aggressively towards them.
Bad Habits: Loyal to an extreme. Temper control issues.

Usual clothing at Daycare: He will at least wear some form of trousers most of the time.

Identifying Marks: Black tipped ears and tail, slight healed tear mid right ear.

Temperament: He is very laid back and well behaved most of the time and will put up with a lot, he is very loyal and protective of those he sees as 'his'. He socialises well with people and pets. While he generally gets on well with anyone, if someone tries to raise a hand he will bite.

Bad Habits: taking his sweet time to obey if he's in a mood, bit of a streak in him, occasional food stealer, has slight abandonment issues if he is attached to a pet or owner, will occasionally get a little too boisterous and rough.
