((CLOSED RP just for Tseng and Vincent, sorry people but do feel free to read lol))

Tseng groaned softly as he started to come to, a hand going to his head. He frowned a little, fingers coming in contact with a bandage instead of the scabbing he was expecting to feel. What happened?[/i He tried to think back.. they were in the Northern Crater.. ah yes, the trio of brothers, their names escaped him for now. But now he remembered, he'd been held captive by them for almost a week now, [i]a week or longer? I don't remember.

His hand fell back down to his side again. Jenova... yes they went to find the last of Jenova and then the brothers had shot at them, hurt them, captured them. Them.. us? He frowned, it was the bullet to the head that was making his memory fuzzy he knew that, but he knew.. or hoped, it would return in time.

Who was them/us? They were brought to the forest, the Forgotten City, that was it. And they wanted to know where their mother.. where Jenova was, but he wouldn't tell them, he was a TURK and used to interrogation. He didn't reveal anything to them, not even when they started to torture Elena infront of him..

Elena? "Elena?!" He sat up with a jolt, eyes snapping open to look for the girl, not even recognising where he was.. though he knew it was still in the forest.

Vincent glanced over at the bed where the victim of the explosion had been laying, he walked over to the bed. The other was obviously awake now, Tseng's partner had been in better shape then he had been and had been sent of with the other who had brought her somewhere safe. "You're okay," he said softly to Tseng, "Elena is safe, the other's who were with me returned her safely to the rest of your men, you were badly injured. "

Tseng looked up at the voice, his hand dropping from his head with a frown. "Valentine.." he said softly. "Why did you..?" He wanted to know why an AVALANCHE member would save someone from ShinRa, even if he had once been a TURK himself, Tseng knew Vincent had a lot of good reasons to had ShinRa and everything the company did and stood for.

Vincent looked closely at Tseng, studying the expression upon the Turk's face incredibly closely. "You seek redemption, just as I do..." he told him softly. "You were not part of the Shinra who did these horrible experiments on me, you don't deserve to die," he told him softly. It was what Vincent truly believed, Tseng did not deserve to die. And it wasn't only that, for some reason Vincent felt him tethered to the Turk for reasons he did not understand.

"Redemption.. perhaps." Tseng sighed softly. "It is true we seek a way to try and help heal the planet, but I don't know if I'd call that redemption or just following orders as I have always done." He shook his head and grimaced in pain, not making a sound, TURKs did not make sounds during pain or torture, no matter how much agony they were actually in.

"On your TURK honour, or what little of it you have left, tell me you trust these friends of yours that they will do no harm to Elena and deliver her back to our base without any trouble befalling her safety and well-being." He said as he lay down again, a small wave of dizziness overcoming him for a moment as he closed his eyes.

"I promise you, they will not harm Elena." Vincent replied softly. "I would trust them with my life, along with the life of anyone else, so don't you worry in the slightest, she is safe." He softly reached over to Tseng's hand and looked into his eyes, he hoped that he was no longer in pain, as a former TURK it was his duty to protect other TURKs.

Tseng nodded and sighed softly. "Good, good to know she is ok." He frowned a little at the question. "Would you believe me if I said yes?" He said softly, obviously not telling the truth, not even trying to hide it.

"Pain is nothing to us, you know that. I will be fine soon enough now that you've helped to heal the worst of it." He replied after a moment longer of thought. "Thank you, Valentine."

Vincent gave a small half smile to Tseng. "Oh yes, I know." He said softly. "Now, if you're feeling slightly better we might as well find some way to pass the time." Vincent said softly.
