The Divine Brotherhood of the Sacred Jenova [M]

All these humans, they betrayed Mother. It could not be allowed. Fingers tapped against the sill beneath the long fingers and turned slowly back. He sneered as they ran around. If they did not convert to mother's way then they would die. It was the only option. Green eyes flickered up, the slitted pupils locked on the people of the world before him. They did not understand Mother's power, her love. They sealed her away but now they would be given one last chance or they would be destroyed.

Eyes shut as he turned away from the window and the pitiful fools. Unless they acknowledged her love and become her children, their brothers and sisters, they would be surely destroyed.

Slowly Sephiroth stepped forward, his clothing swept around him as he descended the stairs.

"My brothers, Mother has spoken. WE are to spread her word to this world. They must accept her love and become our brothers and sisters or be destroyed. Preach her love to this foul world and together we shall go to the Promised Land."

Yazoo looked up from his mediation as Sephiroth spoke, he nodded in silent thought. "Of course, sir. We will always do as our divine Mother wishes."

Loz bowed before their Brother-Pope Sephiroth as he walked among them. If mother had spoken to him this was big news, the news they had all waited for. The world hated them and shuned their mother and her love. Though Loz only got small snippets of talking from their Mother he knew that she was there, always caring, giving him the strength to walk among those who looked upon him with distain and heald his head high.

"Please Brother-Pope, tell us what she has told you" emotions clouded his voice. He could not help it, Loz's emotions ran high anyway, but always worse when someone was informing him what Mother will was.

It was only Kadaj who said nothing, his eyes slowly raising from his book to observe his eldest brother through a veil of silver hair. It angered him that once again he was the one to take his place, to take charge. It was why he remained silent, watching and waiting and nodding when spoken to but not engaging with his brothers - he wanted to take the lead again, and he only needed to bide his time.

He would not deny that Mother spoke to Sephiroth more than him, but he took solace in knowing that She at least spoke to his mind more than his other two brothers.

He waited for them to hush so that Sephiroth would speak again.

Sephiroth gave a nod as he turned back towards them. "Mother is angered with this world but as she loves it and these foolish souls she shall give them one last chance. Her order is this, show them her love so that they may come with to the Promised Land. This planet will be our chariot and our gift to mother. Just as she we shall ride it through the cosmos to the Promised Land."

Sephiroth shut his eyes for a moment. Those who did not acknowledge her love would die, sacrifices to her might. If they did not accept her love they would accept her wrath and as her first born he would be the tool of such wrath. The pope shut his eyes for a moment. "We must gather all that are to give themselves to Mother's love and with our brothers and sisters we will see the Promised Land that awaits us and Mother."

A smirk flickered over his features as he turned towards the altar. "Mother awaits us and our brothers and sisters. With her love we shall accomplish this as she desires."

Yazoo stood up, dusting off his robes. "It's be as she wishes, brother." He said softly, bowing to Sephiroth. "I will bring them in as Mother wants us to do and deal with the ones who fail her desires."

He straighten and turned to look at Kadaj with a slight frown, it was unusual for the youngest brother to be so quiet and he lifted an eyebrow slightly in question as to what was wrong with him.

"Mother is right to be angry at these mortals and their lack of attention" Loz was happy that they would finally take action against the non-believers. How he would love to make them pay for the torment of their brotherhood and lack of devotion to their Almighty Mother. "how does mother wish us to go about this?" he hoped there would be battles and blood shed.

No, it was not very piteous of him, but the blood lust would always be there. the fighting and making people bend to his will. besides they had tried just about everything else... why not a bit of beating people into submission?

"Do in any way you must," Sephiroth said as he nodded to all three of them. "Bring to me your new brothers and sisters and I shall bring them before Mother. Together we will all be bathed in her love."

He smirked as he turned back around. "Now go, go and find them as Mother shall reward you for your love."

Slowly Sephiroth turned back towards the altar. "Soon Mother, very soon we shall be together."

Kadaj could feel Yaz's questioning look, and he gave a small shrug, glancing at him and then looking back to Sephiroth. He couldn't waste time looking at his favourite brother when he needed to scheme against the eldest... and Yazoo was quite the distraction.

He shifted in his seat, trying to ignore those thoughts, his fingers tensing around the cover of his book. Loz as usual was full of questions, his tone tinged with blood lust and need to fight. It wasn't the best way to recruit people to the love of Mother, beating someone to bloody pulp didn't tend to make one feel loved.

He didn't move when he was ordered, instead he looked down to his book again and ignored those around him. He had his own plans to convert those who needed to be, and it took time to prepare. Until that time, he was free to finish his book.

Yazoo bowed his head to Seph. "I will not return until I have at least one to bring back with me, dear mother." He said to the alter and turned, heading for the door with a swirl of his robes and a flick of hair.

"Loz, come." He said sharply. "We don't want to killing necessarily."

Loz gave Kadaj a reproachful look, he was always causing trouble in the brotherhood. But he was Sephiroth's problem, not Loz's. It was a wonder how Kadaj was higher up then him... but then Mother did talk to Kadaj more then Loz... never mind it was not Loz's place, not at all.

Rising Loz bowed to Sephiroth before fallowing Yazoo, "I will only hurt them if they turn us down. we need to make a lesson that happens to those who don't accept mother. How often have we suffered and not fought back brother? Now might be time for action..." he sighed, "of course I will let you talk... but if someone does something to harm you I will take action" It was no seceret that Yazoo was the faviorate to Loz with in the brotherhood. they always worked so well together and through out everything they were the closest, even if no one else understood their relationship

As soon as they left Sephiroth eyed Kadaj for a moment. "You have not departed yet," he said, his gaze locked on him for a long moment. "Tell me why you disobey Mother's commands."

Sephiroth shut his eyes and he remained for a passing moment.

"I am not disobeying her commands, I am merely... postponing my action on them," he replied, not looking up. "There is a boy, he will come willingly with the correct persuasion, and a willing disciple is better than a thousand who serve in fear."

His eyes slowly rose from the book and he lay it open in his lap, hands lightly pressed on it. "If I depart now then I will be wasting time that would be better spent in converting him later. Mother knows of my plans, if she was displeased then she would have let me know."

Yazoo walked with Loz through the town, ignoring the glares they got from the general public. "Now.. who first?" He mused softly to himself as glowing cat-like eyes scanned the area thoughtfully for those with the slightest hint towards listening to him. Generally it was the few who saw him and were captured by his beauty that he could convince first.

The he saw his target. "Him.." he said with a purr, gesturing over to a red head man wearing a long red coat who was standing not far from their location.

Genesis turned his head as he suddenly saw a mob of silver, he had been attempting to get home after an incredibly long day, and the last thing he need was fucking Sephiroth. He ran a hand through his hair, noticing as the silver haired duo approached him that it was not Sephiroth but indeed one of those psychotic remnants.

Sephiroth glanced back towards him, his gaze locked intently on him. "And when will this boy who you have seen willingly come to you?" Sephiroth asked as he shut his eyes for a brief moment. "As you sit here nothing is accomplished for Mother's world."

He turned and stepped towards Kadaj, his gaze locked on the impudent boy. If needed he would destroy him though he did not wish to do so to an obedient servant of Mother.

Watching the red-head make his way through the street Loz bit his lip... he was not sure about this one. he weighted it for a moment before something pulsed in his head, something, agreeing. Loz took this as a sign from mother that this was who she wanted, who was needed in their brotherhood.

"Very well Brother," Loz spoke quietly, "after you" He was not going to make the first movement towards the will-be recruit. he was often to overpowering. This was why Yazoo was the minister, he was better able to relate to the public at large

Kadaj smirked and snapped the book shut. "He will arrive home within the hour, at which point I will meet with him. Believe me, brother - I will need all the energy I have for this one."

He got to his feet, looking his brother in the eye. "Why do you doubt my resolve, brother?" He purred softly. "You know I am loyal to Mother, and to the cause, and yet you continue to doubt me. It saddens me that you don't believe that in me. Mother does."

He turned his back on Sephiroth and walked towards the door. "Perhaps you think me unworthy of Mother's love? Is this the problem we are having?"

Yazoo nodded and started walking towards the red head. Coming up beside him, Yaz knew Loz would flank his other side. "Hello," he purred softly, "can I have a moment of your time?" He smiled sweetly, letting out a hint of his allure abilities to draw the red head in. Mother wanted this one so he was prepared to use the power he promised her he wouldn't unless she deemed it necessary. "I promise we won't bite, unless you enjoy that kind of thing." He purred.

He may have been the second favorite however Sephiroth knew he could not be trusted. He would need to watch him, to make him understand that he would always be the one Mother called to. This was his destiny, created above humanity.

"Do not fail her Kadaj. Failure shall not be accepted," he said as he turned away from Kadaj.

Genesis looked up as he locked eyes with Yazoo. He blinked as the pair of silver haired remnants surrounded him. He purred as he looked upon the face of the one with the longer hair, "Well, well look at you," he said with a smirk. He smirked, "Well I do enjoy being bitten from time to time."

"I will not fail," he hissed, using all his self control to not storm out of the room. He loathed that Sephiroth could not understand that his bond with Mother was just as strong as his, that She loved him as much as Sephiroth - She had told him so.

It only strengthened his resolve to be rid of his brother.

He went to his rooms, shedding the leather bodysuit and putting on more 'normal' clothes - black jeans and a black shirt. It helped Denzel not be afraid of him if he dressed less like the man who had tried to sway him to Jenova before, and though the clothing felt foreign against his skin, he did it to ensure his success.

He stepped onto the street, green eyes darting around to see where Yazoo and Loz had gone, hoping that it was not in the same direction as he wished to travel - he did not want either trying to assist him with his task.

With relief that they had followed a different path, Kadaj made his way towards the fellow teen's home.

Yazoo chuckled softly and placed his hand lightly on Gen's arm. "Why don't you come with us so we can talk and get better.. acquainted." He left the word hanging, letting the red head take that to whatever meaning he wanted.

Yazoo wasn't above sleeping with people to get them to convert, sex was part of who he was after all, just like blood-shed was Loz and cockiness Kadaj.

Genesis s smirked and cocked an eyebrow as he looked at Yazoo. "Well I supposed I might have a little bit of time to get better acquainted with you... dear." He purred, his eyes eyeing the silver haired remnant lustfully.

"Then by all means, follow us." Yazoo purred and held out his arm to Gen to take. "I know somewhere more private for us to .. talk."

He lead Genesis back towards the Temple, smirking very lightly at Loz before turning his attention back to the red head, just in case he slipped away from Yazoo's spell.
